​Debra has a heart to help people to become their best selves, no matter what they have gone through.  She thoroughly believes God has a plan for each one of us; it's just a matter of finding out who God says we are, which empowers us to take action.  In her own life experiences, she has learned that God never changes His mind about His good plans for us, regardless! He is the Redeemer!   

She has a unique approach as a Certified Professional Life Coach with a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Psychology. She also combines her experience as a Behavioral Coach, which entails using Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Methodologies, with the use of positive psychology interventions to help her clients reach their goals. She helps her clients explore their core strengths, core values, and personality traits and then teaches them to use those qualities to build purposeful, meaningful, and authentic lives. 

However, one of Debra's most prodigious honors has been to homeschool her four children; each has graduated from or is attending college. Debra considers her family her first ministry. 

Through the years, much of her time has been spent encouraging, motivating, and praying for others.  She is the author of Life Experiences: A Poetic 31-Day Devotional.  It is Debra's heart's desire and fervent goal to use her God-given gifts to encourage, edify, and comfort others, to glorify God, and to help others do the same.
